power run yeah!
we are so semangat pakai baju power okay.kak yan siap kasut kasut lagi brand power.power rules!
my legs looks so great ar pulak in the pictures ;)
i know this is a wee bit late,tapi takpelah.
went to power run last sunday.managed to finish the run for 1hour 35min.ouch!
it's bad i know, but but but but what i love about the 10km run last sunday, i ran all the way from starting line till finishing line.yeah!
nak riak gak.tak kera!tak kera!hehe.
went there with kak bee, akak yan and my lil bro alan.and yes my big bro, abang was so jealous okay.sgt jeles.
the funny part was, kak bee nak panggil ambulance siap dah lambai lambai dah okay.yang kesiannya,ambulance tuh boleh buat tak layan.dia pi pusing kiri plak.hehe.
but they also managed to finish the run without naik ambulance dengan pertolongan dan sokongan moral dari abang abang trafik.phewwit!
after the race, we ended taking pictures dengan pose baring baring lagi kat tengah tengah padang merdeka iteww okay.semua idea baring membaring itu datang dari kak yan dan kak bee.saya hanya menurut pewintah sahaja.saya tidak bersalah lansung okay.
to kak yan, this was your first run, congrats yah kak!more to come tau.
to kak bee, am so going to bali okay.and you you you are so so so so so not going to follow me ohkay?tapi bolehlah i'll buy you the selipar manik manik okay?
